Minimum Order Value

Our minimum order value varies depending on your delivery location.

This allows us to keep delivery costs fair while ensuring we can continue to offer competitive wholesale pricing.

Delivery

We deliver throughout England and Wales.

Delivery is carried out by our own team, ensuring your order arrives safely and with the care it deserves.

Free delivery is offered on qualifying orders, with the qualifying spend depending on your location.

Collection

You’re welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Great Yeldham, Essex by prior arrangement if you would prefer.

Lead Times

As all of our products are cast and finished by our team, lead times can vary throughout the year.

During off peak, orders can be completed quicker than peak season.

Our peak season is from mid March to September. To avoid disappointment please enquire in advance.

We will always provide an estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed.

Damaged Goods

We take great care when packaging every order. In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include replacing the item or another appropriate solution.

Established trade customers may be eligible for alternative payment terms by prior agreement.
